Sometimes some of our habits damage the brain. Due to these habits, brain power is damaged and its effects are visible throughout our life. Here are some habits that are very important to change-

Excessive Anger : Anger is said to destroy the conscience. But some people get angry over little things. Anger causes pressure on the blood vessels, which has a bad effect on the human mind.

In such a situation the memory and decision making ability of the person is also affected. So vow not to get too angry.

Insomnia: Good sleep is very important for our health. Good sleep reduces the fatigue of our brain and increases its performance. But some people don't get enough sleep or sleep late because they don't get enough sleep. The brain cells of such people cannot relax. Because of that, they have various problems like fatigue, laziness, forgetfulness, lack of concentration etc. So you need to sleep at least 8 hours a day. Read a good book before going to sleep and keep the mobile away.

Skipping breakfast: Breakfast acts as fuel for the body. Without it, the brain does not get enough nutrients for the day. It affects your brain. In such a situation your brain cannot function properly. So be careful about these things.
